[ID: Patrick Jackson’s installation “Heads, Hands, and Feet” at the Huntington Museum. The walls are a very dark green and there are two sculptures of bodies wearing all denim with their arms folded lying on the ground. There is a large marble sculpture of a figure in the center of the room.]

#MISAnfts: Please join @johann.koenig and myself on Clubhouse to celebrate the launch of the first art world NFT platform on misa.art (@misa.artmarket) together with the artists who are part of the first drop.

🗓 August 22
⏰ 9 PM CEST

On the occasion of the third edition of MISA at @koeniggalerie in Berlin, the first art world NFT platform launches on misa.art on August 22.

It bridges the gap between the traditional art world and the crypto world with a broad and diverse selection of artists. MISA will bring together the most important voices from each world with the aim of presenting the state of the art in the NFT space.

🗓 August 22
⏰ 6 PM CEST

The inaugural project on MISA will be the NFT BOOTH curated by @anika that is on view at MISA #3 in St. Agnes, Berlin. Presented are NFTs by among others the Austrian sculptor Erwin Wurm, the digital artists Itzel Yard, Auriea Harvey, and Refik Anadol, the crypto pioneers Jonas Lund and Olive Allen, as well as by the net art icons Ubermorgen.

MISA makes NFTs accessible for everyone. Non crypto-native users can easily purchase an NFT using a credit card, the wallet is automatically created at checkout. They can view their collection using only an email. It is also possible to pay in crypto currencies such as ETH and Bitcoin. Available will be unique artworks, limited and open editions.

MISA is built on Flow (by Dapper Labs), a fast, decentralized, and environmentally friendly blockchain, designed as the foundation for a new generation of games, apps, and the digital assets that power them. It is a proof of stake blockchain which allows for overall lower transaction fees.

Artists: Itzel Yard (@ix.shells), @RefikAnadol, @Auriea.Harvey.Studio, @nancybakercahill, Claudia Hart (@claudhart), @Olive_Allen, @aesplusf, @ManuelRossner, @MichaelSailstorfer, Reeps100 (@reepsone) & Trung Bao (@tbaocreate), Ubermorgen (@ubermorgen_77), @NicoleRuggiero, @ErwinWurm, @JonasLund, @JonBurgerman, @SucukundBratwurst, Ben Elliot (@elliot.ben), @jeremybailey, and @AndyPicci.

➡️ Please visit misa.art to browse through the NFT BOOTH and read essays, interviews and opinion pieces about NFTs in the MISA online magazine.
