POV: you finally found a water bottle worth keeping track of. 💧

Introducing the official Ascend Legacy Academy water bottles, created in partnership with @SUPLMNT. 💙

Navy or white. Gold lettering. Cold water all day, hot coffee for the early mornings. ☕ Built for scholars who show up, families who pour in, and educators who keep going.

At ALA, we believe every scholar deserves to be known, loved and prepared to rise. This bottle is a daily reminder of that mission, and a way for our whole community to carry it with them. ✨

Every purchase directly supports our scholars. Hydrate with purpose. 🙌🏾

🔗 Shop now through the link in our bio.

so tell me, what do you want to practice together first? a lower back reset? hamstring + hip opening? some love for those tight shoulders? or are we going straight into a peak pose? 👀 crow? wheel? splits?

forever grateful for the opportunity to hold space and give grace for every person that steps into my classes 🤍 It’s the most powerful, transcendental, magical experience to do what you love and get to live in it every day.
•
Yoga retreats are such a beautiful way to dive deeper into yourself; an invitation to step away from the noise, leave behind what’s weighing you down, reconnect with yourself and create space for the person you envision and desire to become.
•
On my retreats, I prioritize time on AND off the mat — adventure, exploration, free time, community, connection and the magic that happens when you give yourself the space to just be. It’s so much more than asana—it’s about the experiences, the people you meet, the things you discover and the parts of yourself you reconnect with along the way.
•
After almost 10 years of hosting retreats, I’ve learned a thing or two, and somehow these experiences just keep getting better and more meaningful. I feel so lucky to create these spaces and share something I love so deeply with others.
•
If you’ve been feeling the pull to do something for yourself, take a break from your everyday, explore somewhere new or simply make space for a little more magic in your life — maybe this is your sign.

Day one of our state conference at #apatx26 in Irving 📝

My favorite session was about @apa_pbcd history, how it was created, and the legacy of the division. Very inspiring to hear about how they fought to make a way for more of US to have a home within this profession. 💪🏾

It was real cool to see more Black faces, old colleagues and even old bosses. Actually ran into my very first boss at my first Planning job which was a real full circle moment 🥹

And of course it’s always good to see old classmates from @utacappa and see the work they’re doing! Day one was solid 🤞🏾

I will lead by example by making an intentional purchase of a water bottle. I don’t own a Stanley (my 7yr old does 😒 and no I didn’t buy it lol) but I wanted a cool water bottle and I found @suplmnt ! You better get you one.

This is not a trend it’s a lifestyle! Keep our dollars circulating 🔂🔃

What’s your fav black owned product that you own?

Culure Con 2026 had me feeling melanated and educated! It was my first time back since 2018 & I’m so grateful for the @culturecon team for inviting me to attend as a NextGen Artist. I was more concerned about presence this year vs documenting & I ended up seeing so many new and familiar faces. I’m grateful to have made genuine connections across which I think it’s all about.
