We are 6 weeks post show update..

Staying as lean as I can, following plan hitting my cardio and meals.

And let me just say never in my life did I think would be 200 pounds with visible abs and obvious muscle development.

2026 was just the start of what's to come for me and Bodybuilding.

2027 we make a name for ourselves.

5 weeks and my strength is through the roof. I'm full as a house and never more locked in to the plan that is ahead of me.

Championship weekend, you were wonderful ♥️ I had the best weekend and experience with so many incredible women and competitors. While I didn’t have the outcome I was hoping for, this weekend still was nothing short of amazing and I wouldn’t change a single thing or moment. Everything happens for a reason. Everything leads us to exactly where we are meant to be.
I am BEYOND proud of myself for everything I accomplished during my first ever bodybuilding competition experience!

I began this journey to challenge myself in a new way. To see how disciplined I could be. It was Me vs Me. But what came out of it was so much more. I gained a confidence within myself I never knew I had. I trained harder and pushed myself to the point I now believe, without a doubt, I can do whatever I set my mind to. I have created friendships that will last well beyond competing. I have a refreshed appreciation for the love and support that I am surrounded by daily. Friends, family, my coach, posing coach, judges, make up artists; they all want to see you succeed.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, cheered me on, and been there through any part of this journey. It has taken an entire village to make this goal and dream come to life, and I could not have done it without every single one of you. I am so grateful for everyone in my life.

I have transformed myself in so many ways over the last 20 months. While I can’t say what the future holds, I can say that I am excited to finish this transformation chapter and begin the next. Because the old me is gone. The new me deserves her story to be told, however that looks.

It’s time to sit down and brainstorm what that looks like (don’t worry, I already have ideas 😏)

But until then:

we keep learning
we keep building
we keep growing

time to get to work ♥️
