Transparency… at my largest, I was 2 pounds from 300 pounds. I gained almost 150 pounds over 10 years. And it was embarrassing. I was completely uncomfortable. I’d never been that big in my life. After my husband died my girls started saying Mommy you should try Weight Watchers or something. I tried hiding it in my clothes but even though I made it look good I knew I could do better. So I decided to invest in me. Start at nothing, stop at nothing! I’m not exactly at my goal but I’m addicted to the results. Not only do I look better but I feel better. If you’re thinking about getting started don’t think just do it! You’ll be so happy you did!
