Dynamic equilibrium is a state of balance that natural systems create in response to elements constantly being in flux. It is ever so relevant for us to reflect on imbalance through a lens of dynamic equilibrium. Through a lens of cosmic retribution.

The second installation of Supraliminal is a sonic offering to counteract the chaos caused by a structurally flawed empire that cannot exist without exploitation. We want to go to the original source, the one that began before time and space and continues even if we are not willing to listen or able to discern its presence; one of unionization.

We are excited to welcome back San Huan, LTE, Jalpari, and Booshie Mystik next Sunday, February 16 at @lightandsounddesign. @san_huan_ will open with a live set, followed by a hybrid b2b from @princess.jalpari & @bo0shie , and @1ateshia will send us on our ways with a DJ set 🌹

Join us at the gallery Tonight for @5upraliminal !
“Excited to announce the arrival of @5upraliminal to the physical realm. Supraliminal was born out of a calling to hold space for artists that bring an experience of in-betweenness to their expression. We are a multimodal series with the intention of connecting to the source energy. An ever-transforming space for queer POC and their allies to feel safe sharing themselves.
While the series is not limited by artistic medium, there will be a throughline of live electronic music and DJ sets that have psychedelic undertones.
Fungus is the theme for the first installation as it is a source of life on earth that lives in between life and death
Thank u for the beautiful artwork: @robot_tchotchke
