Much appreciation to My Older brother @Thelibra_god for his tips in my training because as of December 8th I went from 289 pounds after Rucking, fasting and weight lifting exercise to 266 lbs a 23 pound release. Still a work in progress at 6'4 the weight range should be around 235 to 245 with my body type. I am dedicated to improving my strength and overall health. I don't have any real health problems but as we Mature you must stay active in order to maintain your health and improve your performance overtime.🧲🌎👑☯️❤️🔥💯
