Bitten off more than I can chew, and it’s on fire so I’m hitting life with the hashasahas.
But we’re back to riding and swimming as normal now which is a massive win, plus I’ve been absolutely recoverymaxxing recently between @aalto.community and @noir.sanctuary

I’m feeling so ready to jump into a proper training block for next years races, where I’ll be fitter and faster than ever.
@ascendperformance.au making me less aerodynamic but stronger in every other aspect of life.
And then obviously being fuelled by the best - @maplemovement + @wkday_

My reason why.

There have been chapters of my life where I’ve felt isolated, times I’ve had to figure things out on my own. Through all of it, training has been my go to.

It’s changed my health, my lifestyle, my career, my relationships and my finances. What started with training became the standard I hold myself to in every part of my life.

I’m obsessed with the discipline. With bettering myself. With seeing how far I can go when I commit fully to something.

For me, this is a lifestyle you can’t fake. You have to live it, especially when nobody’s watching.

I’m blessed to have the life I live, but I’ve worked for every ounce of it. Nothing was handed to me. I’ve developed this mindset on my own, through sacrifice, lonely stretches and days where I’ve had to dig deep just to keep moving forward.

Training has given me far more than a finish time or a stronger body. It’s helped me build a life I’m proud of and most importantly an unbreakable mindset.

The road isn’t easy. But neither is staying average.
