Everyone is quick on their feet when it's time to judge a mother. 🤗
Dear men,
If the woman you love gets angry with you, don't always see it as disrespect. Sometimes, you're the only place where she feels safe enough to let the weight she carries finally fall. 🌿
Listen beyond the raised voice. Listen to the exhaustion hiding behind the silence. Listen to the sleepless nights. Listen to the invisible mental load she carries every single day. 🤗
A mother is expected to remember everything, hold everyone together, and somehow never fall apart.
She isn't asking for perfection. She's asking to be understood.
Sometimes, the greatest act of love isn't fixing her problems—it's sitting beside her, hearing her without judgment, and reminding her that she doesn't have to carry the world alone.
Because when a woman feels heard, she doesn't become weaker. She begins to heal. 🌿

Constantly......... Live in fear and Rest in Peace...
Too hurt to celebrate "Azaadi" 🇮🇳
It's our 78th Independence Day, Independence of
inhumanity year after year. It's been 12 years Nirbhaya and nothing has changed, you saved many my girl Dr. M but no one saved you!! 👩‍⚕
Azaadi kis baat ki? Azaadi is only for men ; where he can peacefully sleep while travelling in a cab. Can a girl or woman feel the same coming out of her home? 👩‍⚕
Sad!!
We're in fear all the time in fear hold a keys between our fingers, double check if all the doors are locked, open the cab windows so that in case this happen we can scream, check cameras in public washrooms, never used both earphones, sharing my live location to my family/friends while travelling. All in hopes that may be today's not my day!! 👩‍⚕
Again candle march can't help!! We need azaadi! Azaadi khuli hawa mein khul ke bina kisi khauf ke jeene ki. 👩‍⚕
Azaadi means from being Sexual assault, from inequality, from the judgement, from the law and lists so go on!!
Many of us are shocked, traumatized with this incident रूह काँप जाती है यह सिर्फ सोच कर की अगर मैं होती तो ... In So much pain, suffering was she in.....
God!! Her last words माँ I fought till my last breath " चीर देते है अंदर से।
बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ just failed here again..,.
बेटी पढ़ा तो दी लेकिन बचाये कैसे एक माँ। We raise our girls by saying Be strong my girl but kaise??
बेटी बचाये बेटी पढाये ताकि एक दिन ये दर्दनाक हादसे के लिए वो भी तैयार हो।
It's a crime to HOPE in this country.
Can only say Raise your sons to respect every girl/ woman.
WE ARE FAILED NIRBHAYA
WE ARE FAILED AS HUMAN
WE FAILED YOU DR. M
WE FAILED AS A COUNTRY
Rest in peace my girl...,. Even Resting In Peace is not Guaranteed!!
