A few weeks before this weekends epic swell, there was a nice bump in ocean. One morning at high tide on the north side of the pier, the conditions were ripe! The local thrashers were ready and tore into it!

A few days ago the flat spell lifted! For a very brief moment, the waves poured in with great size. Friday night sets were overhead but the drift was brutal. After crushing my new board at the Poles that evening, I decided to take my lens out Saturday to catch the crowd ripping it up!
