I literally booked a flight from Ontario to Vancouver just to spend the week checking out the local run clubs... ✈️🏃🏼‍♀️🌊

I landed, dropped my bags, and basically sprinted straight from the airport to @mondaysrunclub because there was no way I was missing it. Somehow I made it just in time, got in an incredible run, and finished it all off with a post-run ocean dip!

But the best part wasn’t the route or the views… it was the people. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely excited to chat. It’s amazing how running has this way of connecting complete strangers from all over the world.

One of my favourite things about travelling is seeing how every city has its own running community, yet they all share the same love for getting outside, moving their bodies, and building friendships one run at a time.

I want to move here so bad. Can’t wait to check out another local run club tonight 👟💙!!

spontaneous two week van trip through sardinia ✨

ate way too much pasta 🤤 and also had some of the craziest food experiences. we didn’t really have a plan and somehow ended up finding the most beautiful hidden gems! tons of fond memories. 10/10 would recommend for a kite trip!
