One of the things I really enjoy about serving on the board of @surfbar.us is having the opportunity to share what I’ve learned building and scaling multiple businesses and help another great brand grow. Earlier this week, my team and I had the pleasure of hosting the Surf Bar executive leadership team at @the.big.biscuit HQ in Kansas City. We spent the day sharing ideas, walking through our operations, talking strategy, and having a whole lot of fun along the way! It’s incredibly rewarding to share experiences and lessons learned with other passionate leaders, and I’m excited about what the future holds for this team. Thanks for making the trip to KC, guys! 👊🏻

🏆 Meet Tyler Huebert: Man of the Year & Small Business of the Year Nominee Tyler and the Surf Bar team have scaled to 10 locations, and the stat they’re proudest of isn’t on a balance sheet: a healthy culture, great team chemistry, and a crew that loves each other well. 🏄 They made it through COVID in year two, then learned discipline after growing too fast in 2022. Their philosophy now? “Have fun and work hard. Find joy in the journey, not the destination.” 🌊 Double nomination, well deserved. Congrats, Tyler and the whole Surf Bar team! 👏💙 #OKCYP #ManOfTheYear #SmallBusinessOfTheYear #OKCYoungProfessionals

POV: You find the perfect summer spot when you’re craving something cold, refreshing, and actually delicious… 🥭🌴✨ Tried @surfbar.chisholmcreek for my first mommy-out adventures and LOVED it! 🥣🤍 The açaí bowls were so refreshing in this Oklahoma heat, and I loved mixing the bases to try all the different flavors. Plus, the prayer board, the heart behind the brand, and the sweetest staff made this visit even better. 🥹 Definitely adding this one to my OKC summer favorites! ☀️ #OKCEats #OKCFoodie #OklahomaCity #AcaiBowls #JessExploresOKC
