This October, I’m joining @24hoursadventure for a women-only trip—and I’m bringing Mindful Running along with me.

Together with @catkoppel from 24 Hours Adventure and @meet_my_madness from @surfsoestre , we’ll be hosting the weekend together—each bringing a little something to 24 hours of outdoor adventure, movement, connection, and a lot of fun.

I’ll be guiding a Mindful Running session as part of the weekend—exploring movement, awareness and connection through running.
