❄️ bliss ❄️

fresh pow, cold temps, sunny skies 🤤

The kindest words from @hiddehageman_media “This is Maria Kuzma from New Zealand. I filmed this clip in the Vorarlberg region in Austria and I still enjoy watching it for the following reasons:

The combination of skills and knowledge is everything in the backcountry. Spotting a line like this is one thing. It takes years of practice and training to come down a line like this safely (and with style).

Maria is someone with all the right skills for the backcountry. She spots these types of lines everywhere and knows exactly what can be done and what is too dangerous. These are the people you want to be working with in the mountains.”

Thank you Hidde, same to you my friend, and thank you @damuelsfaschina !

It’s a busy week at the hotel! Scroll through and have a look at what’s happening…

🏓 Thursday night, we bring out the ping pong table. Challenge your friends for a game and enjoy some drinks from our lobby bar.

🪩 New from this week, our club is open on Friday nights! This Friday, we have DJ Nuts Cuts & DJ Lindar behind the decks. We’ll bring back the Staff Party vibes from back in the days at Arena Club! Entrance is only CHF 5.-

🍿 Saturday night, we’re having the girls from @surreal_snowboarding screening their all-girls snowboard movie at our lobby.

🪩 To keep the girls-theme going, we have Carla Durisch and Daughter in Law behind the decks in the club on Saturday night. It’s gonna get sweaty!

🍽️ @riders_hotel_restaurant is open from Tuesday until Saturday. Go check out the current menu on our website!

🥞 On Sunday, our breakfast is extended so you can enjoy brunch until 13.00!
External guests are welcome to join the buffet!

🧵 On Sunday between 16.00 & 20.00, you can bring your damaged clothes to get them repaired for free! Drop off your clothes and pick them up next week, or stay for a drink at our lobby bar while you wait for your clothes to be repaired!

Brutalism? Sci-fi meets Neo-avant-garde? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also…. when you owe your friend a phone call so you post one of your favourite sessions with her instead. I miss digging with you @chillsleba 🤸🏻‍♂️

Life is a f@$%ing dream….

We get to point out snowy lines in the mountains and then climb up to them with friends and ride down, if that’s not manifesting then I don’t know what is 🤩✨

No, this one didn‘t make the cut for the upcoming part - @luzburgs told me I did too many handplants.
Thanks @chillsleba for preparing that beautiful spot and @surreal_snowboarding for letting me join ⛺️

Thanks @willbgraham for filming!

I had this spot on my mind for quite a while. I love the whole setting: the backdrop, the graphic structures of the gallery and how it winds its way down into the valley and of course the ledge itself.
.
This spot would have not been possible without many helping hands. We shoveled 2 days and added another half day as the landing was in the wrong position. #fail
