Really proud to have represented @westhillgcuk this season in the Carlisle cup. After a tough day of competition yesterday in the final championship match, the team came out on top and we took the win, what a great way to finish the season!

What a Summer of Golf we have had! So many great achievements capped off by the U18s winning the Surrey Rookie League for the first time .

Jack Manders , Reuben Lury , Marley Mohan , Rhys Jones, Finnli Belcher and Xavier Mianza all represented the club across the six matches . A four man better ball match play event .

Match 1 saw us take on Burhill away on the New Course , a 4&3 win and a 2&1 victory saw us take the points.

Match 2 we hosted Banstead Downs winning one 4&3 and halving the other .

Match 3 was another home tie against Tyrell’s wood , this was a little closer however a win and a half was enough for the win.

Match 4 was the big day out at Wentworth and the boys refused to be overroard coming away with a win and a half around the East Course to see the 100 percent record continue and march into the semi finals .

The Semi Final saw us take on Surbiton at the Drift. The boys comprehensively winning 6&4 and 4&3 against a club I hold a lot of affection for.

The team unchanged for the Final back at The Drift saw Jack and Reuben lead the line with a dominant 5&4 victory followed up by Marley and Rhys nearly as emphatic 4&3 win.

The boys played against some of the best clubs in Surrey with notable junior sections and more than held their own . It was an amazingly proud moment to see the boys produce the kind of golf I see week in week out from them at the academy.

Winning is a nice touch and I’m happy for the boys however just watching them mature into fine young golfers and young people is more than enough for me . 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Well done all! COYS

What a brilliant day at New Zealand Golf Club today⛳️
Really enjoyed playing in a charity Pro-Am, raising money and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis, alongside some friends from the Surrey Golf Union, and our mascot Bemba 🐶
Beautiful golf course, great company and a brilliant atmosphere throughout the day.
Nice to sneak onto the podium in the professional event too.
A great day for a fantastic cause.

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗚𝗔 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱! ✅🏆

Charlie Crockett closed with a superb final-round 66 to claim his maiden PGA Tour Americas title at the ATB Classic presented by Building Trades of Alberta, finishing on 18-under-par and converting his overnight lead into victory.

After regaining his status through Q-School, the Surrey golfer, a former member of the England Men's Squad, has enjoyed a breakthrough season with six top-10 finishes, and now a first professional win to his name.

The result also moves him up to to No. 6 on the points list ahead of next month’s Dominican Republic Tour Championship presented by Scotiabank, where the top 10 players on the final points list will earn Korn Ferry Tour membership for 2027.

Congratulations, Charlie! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿👏

Over the moon to finish 1st in the @surreygolf Rookie Tour 0–12 Order of Merit! 🏆⛳️

My biggest achievement yet and it honestly means so much to me. It’s been a massive year for my golf
and I have really worked hard.

Plenty more to work on, but for now… really proud of this one! 🏆

Today is one of those days that proves all the hard work over the course of a season eventually bears fruit.

I’m incredibly fortunate to be the coach of the Surrey Under-14s team, and today was a day I’ll be very proud of.

After winning our league, we earned our place in the league final against Kent and Suffolk.

We drew 5–5 in a closely fought match against Kent, before beating Suffolk 8–2. Kent also beat Suffolk 8–2, meaning the final result came down to the very last match.

And what a group of boys.

Difficult conditions, quick greens and plenty of pressure, but regardless of whether they were winning, losing or waiting to play, they supported each other brilliantly. The attitude, team spirit and quality of golf were exceptional.

The best part? Seven of our ten players are still Under-13s, meaning they’ll get to do it all again next year.

Even more special to know that Surrey Under-14s were the only age group to win their league final this year for Surrey is super special.

A massive thank you to my coaching partner, Sam Truman. The work we’ve put in throughout the year — finding those little 1% improvements — hopefully made the difference today.

When matches are this close, they’re exciting, stressful and sometimes nerve-wracking… but there’s nothing better than being on the right side of the result.

Well done, boys. You should be incredibly proud I know I am. 🏆
