I bartered with @surudge for a poem about Barter Pirates and I have no regrets!

Barter Pirates 🏴‍☠️

post-capitalism we were
chilling on a boat afloat
in the harbour, war was over
so the nights were slower
filled with leisure and
poetry, one song for two
drinks and a plate of supper
so we all sang heartily
while our captainless vessle
slumbered, you sang the
harmonies, i remember

Makeup fascinates me. Editorial makeup can help a model slip into character, it is an essential component to a shoot like this.
I wanted something playful, childlike yet also "off" I'm some way.

We worked with @makeupbybindi_ for this shoot and she ticked all the boxes.

Our models are a constant source of inspiration, we often design with them in mind. Intersectionality and inclusivity is an essential part of our community. We care for each other, take the work very seriously and always remember to have fun.

Of Lace and Liberty editorial.
