POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today I watched 8 athletes walk into their competition with a mix of nerves, excitement, and hunger to prove themselves.
For many, it was their first time… and they stepped up with zero hesitation.

Every heat told a different story:
growth, grit, discipline, resilience.

The results matter less than the courage it took to show up.
Today they leveled up — as athletes and as people.

Proud of this team. Inspired by their effort. Ready for what’s next.

A romperla, LFG.

I want my kids to grow up knowing the value of hard work.
So we started something simple: recycling bottles and cans to earn their own money.
They’re learning responsibility, patience, and that effort pays off.
Proud of my little team.

Summer is just around the corner, beautiful people!
The block parties, festivals, outdoor concerts, and all the summer magic are already in full swing.
Just a quick update on my in-store hours this week:
Friday: 4 to 7
Saturday: 12 to 3
Sunday: 12 to 5
📍 366 Stuyvesant Ave., Brooklyn
We’ll be closing a little early on Saturday to cheer on The Sanctuary’s very own Debra Hare-Bey of @_omhhinc as she takes over the Franklin Avenue Block Party with a fabulous hair show.
📍 Franklin Avenue between Park Place and Prospect Place
Stop by this weekend on your way to all the festivities and fun to catch the latest 👑 drop, including a few one-of-one pieces. 🎩🧢👒✨

You don’t need perfect conditions. You just need to start.
One workout. One walk. One choice that moves you forward.
Your future self is built by what you do today.

Drink more water. Move your body. Sleep better.
Small habits compound into big results.

Your kids, your friends, your community — they’re watching.
Show them what consistency looks like.
Show them what taking care of yourself looks like.
Be the example.

First post of the New Year 🌸

Wishing you a floral garden all year long.
May you blossom in love, health, wellness, and all of your 2026 goals.

My theme for 2026:
It’s better… then it gets better.

Digging through the vault and organizing my growing archives.
This image is from 2022, one of many shoots as unit photographer for
Ladies First: A Story of Women in Hip-Hop (Netflix).

I was deeply impressed by these Queens.

This is what AI dreams about:
Real set. Real models. Real flowers.
Real creatives.
And God painted the backdrop for us.

Every detail serves the moment. This kitchen blends lighting that responds to time, task, and tone.

One space, many moments. In the living area, shades lower. In the kitchen, lights brighten. The room shifts—quietly—in step with the way it’s being used. Comfort doesn’t need division. It needs intention.
