Here is it, week #25 of “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm SAL” and our final week. For our final assignment we’ll be doing the roof, the grills on the windows the flower vine and the last deer. I didn’t do the diamonds in the roof, but that’s a personal choice. You do you. 😉

I LOVE it, I LOVE it, I LOVE it! I ordered a frame from Hobby Lobby a couple weeks ago and it came on Friday, so I just had to finish her off.

Christmas At Hollyberry Farm by Stacy Nash using some called for threads and some substitutes on 46 ct WDW Gray.

This is week #24 of “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm SAL” and for this week we’ll be doing the rest of the house siding.

Next week will be our last assignment, so a bit more stitching than normal weeks, so if you’re so inclined, go for it and work ahead. For instance, I missed a deer earlier on or the window grills, I didn’t do this week.

This is “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm SAL” and we are on week #23. For this week we’ll be doing the last three branches on the bottom border, the vase and the larger dog.

It’s starting to wind down with only, possibly a couple weeks to go. I’ve really enjoyed this SAL. Which brings me to my next thought. What’s next? Yes, there is something in the works. I plan on putting this into a separate post. So, hold tight. I’m super excited about this one and hope you will be too.

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July and Happy 250th Birthday America! There were some amazing celebrations.

We managed to get past this heat wave and our weather here looks to be much more tolerable. But so many of you are still in the midst of this heat. Stay cool and hydrated.

Sorry for the lateness of this post. We left Ireland very early this morning and I didn’t have WiFi long enough to get the post in.

So, here is week #22 of “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm SAL”. For this week we’ll be doing the second story windows of the house.

I’m having to adjust to the time change the next couple days and do tons of laundry, but it will certainly be good to sleep in my own bed. Most of Europe has been experiencing a heat wave for the last 4-5 days and only 1 of the places we stayed at had A/C. Last night our room was 82 degrees. Fortunately, I was so tired from not sleeping well the night before, I got at least 6 hours of sleep and it managed to get down to 76 by morning.

Looks like we’re going to be having a heat wave here, but at least we have A/C. Have a wonderful week and get a little stitching in! 😊🪡

This is Christmas At Hollyberry Farm SAL, week #21. Excuse the wrinkles. For this week we’ll be doing the rest of the house fill in on the left side and the window above the door. A straight forward assignment.

I plan on working on the next assignment, but I can’t make any promises as they’re keeping us very busy here in Ireland. Tonight is the first night that we’re staying at the same B&B. That’s nice as I’m not a big fan of living out of a suitcase. But I’ll take what I get.

I’m posting this a bit early to make up for last week’s oops. Marty, thanks for the nudge! 😜

Here’s week 20 for our Christmas At Hollyberry Farm SAL. For this week we’ll be doing 2 more branches at the bottom, the flower to the right of the lamppost, the small evergreen just above that, the deer just above the evergreen and the small dog above the fence. This was a fun week adding those elements.

It was also a frustrating couple weeks as both of my SALs I had to unstitch a ton, but I’m back on track and loving it.

I’m also posting this early cause I’ll be leaving tomorrow afternoon for 2 weeks and I didn’t want to forget. I have the following week’s assignment done as well, but that can wait until next week. Just trying to keep the suspense going. 😜

Have a wonderful week ahead and even though I’m not a beer drinker, I’m going to enjoy a Guinness and maybe some Irish cream. And, I’m bringing a new stitch with. So, that’ll be fun too.

A day late, so sorry, but life happens.

This is “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm” and we are on week #19 for our SAL. This week, we’ll be doing the 2 lower windows on the left side and the house color on the right side just up to where the next windows will be.

I’ve been working in my yard quite a bit this past week and watering a ton as it’s been so dry. Well, we finally got rain on Friday, 3.5”. Then it rained last night too. I told my husband it’s because I did a rain dance earlier in the week. LOL, if only it was that easy.

Here is week #18 of “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm” SAL and for this week, we’ll be doing 2 more branches on the lower right, the 2 small chicks and the pine tree to the left of the lady.

Now that summer has officially begun, I’m trying to take the time to enjoy everything around me. Which includes sitting on the patio stitching. Even if there are interruptions, it’s still worth the time to stop and “smell the roses”. 😊🪡I hope you’re able to do the same. 🥰

This is “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm” SAL and this is week #17. For this week we’ll be doing 8 rows of the house to the left of the door, 2 windows on the right and the fence gate.

This is a little early, but I’m going to be on the road early tomorrow morning, so here we are on week #16 of “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm” SAL. It’s hard to believe. For this week’s assignment, we’ll be doing 8 rows of the house to the right of the door and 2 branches on the bottom right.

Hope your May going well. It’s planting season here and I’m happy to say, all my planting of annuals and vegetables are done. Now to do some dividing of perennials.

Here is “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm” and we’re doing this as a SAL. This is week #14 and for this week we’ll be doing the last branch on the left side and the fence along with the lamp post.

I had a bit of frogging to do this past week, hence the red thread running stitch along the bottom. But I am happy to say, my branches line up. ☺️

This is week #13 for our “Christmas At Hollyberry Farm” SAL and for this week we’ll be doing another branch on each side, the lady with her basket and the chicken above her. This was a fun week of stitching on this one and finished a couple other projects that I was working on.

People are recovering from our flash flood a week ago, but oh my, what water can do to houses, schools, churches and roads, it’s unreal. It doesn’t sound like the government is going to be of much assistance to those people in need. Very sad. 😔
