I started IMBIBE 12 years ago in my kitchen with precisely zero dollars, a looming autoimmune condition (that I’ve since reversed, naturally), hair that was snapping and would not grow and a huge passion and mission to turn my life around. Launching IMBIBE into the US this week in the most gorgeous SoHo loft with Breakfast For Better Skin, has truly been beyond my wildest dreams. Our guests indulged in Whipped Collagen Foam, Beauty Matcha and Probiotic Pear Parfaits while I shared more of my mission, passion and vision for my brand. A trip like this and sharing more of my mission truly reminds me again and again of the power of clinical level formulations that Do More With Less. We launched a fun new thing on T+L.com yesterday and in the October issue, on newsstands Friday 9/18. Hotels are reallllllly upping their restaurant game, so @sushbaral and I ran around tracking new spots and calling up reporters and chefs all over the world to find the hotels you should book just for the food and drink. As a woman who grew up in STL, I *love* river cruises. And I’ve been fortunate to travel on some iconic waterways: the Nile, the Seine and the Rhine.
