SEND THIS to your friend that never leaves the house 🤔🏡🇸🇬

Our intern @reallyyap usually spends his weekend lazing around at home, so we challenged him to leave the house — under the watchful eyes of his fellow interns @sushiival and @xt_chua_ !

From kayaking along the Singapore skyline, exploring Golden Mile and cycling along Kallang Riverside Park, they spent the day exploring the Kallang neighbourhood.

Send this to someone who you think needs to leave the house!

👇🏻Comment “PERHENTIAN” and we’ll send you our guide to Kota Bharu, Malaysia! 🇲🇾

We spent 5D4N in Kota Bharu exploring its cafés and street art to its rich heritage and local culture.

But beyond the city, it’s also the gateway to the Perhentian Islands, a tropical escape with pristine waters and plenty of marine life.

The best part is that it’s only a ~1.5-hour direct @flyscoot flight away from Singapore! 🛫

Here are some of our favourite things that we did there👇🏻
– Stay at Arwana Perhentian Eco Resort
– Scuba dive with Octo Diver Scuba Diving Centre
– Snorkel with marine animals
– Go island hopping
– Feast on local cuisine at Cabana and Fauna Cafe

📣 Want to check out the Perhentian Islands? Fly direct to Kota Bharu from S$97*

*One-way, taxes included. Terms and travel periods apply.

Comment “KOTA” and we’ll send you our Kota Bharu guide 🇲🇾🏝️🪁

Just a short hop from Singapore, Kota Bharu is the gateway to the Perhentian Islands, but the city itself deserves way more than a layover.

We took @flyscoot’s direct flight from @changiairport to Kota Bharu and landed in just about 1 hour 15 minutes. Getting to this underrated northern gem has never been easier

Here are 5 spots we loved before heading to the islands:
– Galeri Wau Pak Sapie & Sons
– Siti Khadijah Market
– Ulang Corner
– Kota Bharu Street Art + Kampung Kraftangan
– To The Moon Cafe

📣 This is your sign to fly direct to Kota Bharu from $97* with Scoot!

*One-way, taxes included. Terms and travel periods apply.

Kota Bharu might just be the most underrated stopover in Malaysia. Would you add this to your itinerary? 👀

another ARUS with BLAST! 🌀 @nusdanceblast @sayakamil

had the opportunity to witness this piece at NUS U-town green previously and was keen to see how a site-specific piece would translate to the SIFA Festival Village at Empress Lawn @sifa_sg

a seamless adaptation indeed 🙂‍↕️🙌🏼

we had the utmost privilege of going on NUS Geog’s field investigation trip to Kenya back in February. this is our submission for a little video competition we had; we hope you enjoy viewing Kenya through our eyes, and catch even just a bit of the thoughts and feelings that linger long after we left :-) - Shenn & Val

making a video like this - with more structure, more story - has always been a dream. credits to Val for the script and direction for my images 🔥🔥✍️ - Shenn

thank you Shenn for being the eyes (and hands) ((and voice)) to this playground of thoughts, i’m glad we did this together! - Val
