Today, we put my best friend to rest. Buddy had been with us for 10 years, after adopting him at 4 or 5. He was the most well behaved, courteous, thoughtful, gentle, and empathetic companion you could find yourself lucky enough to cross paths with. Thank tou to @lapofloveveterinaryhospice for what you've for ours and other families... I was able to hold my Buddy's head until he was gone. It's truly the end of an era. I love him, and he'll be agonizingly missed, spoken well of, and has set the bar for all others. I hope wherever he is, he's running with his brothers. 🐾❤️😢

I made a game out of something I've always liked doing, for artistic imagination/creativity. Close your eyes, scribble blindly for 5 seconds, find the first picture you see. Then make additions. Here's a dog. Beau loves it. Nice and simple time killer. ❤️

16 hours later, we've arrived. Other than lack of sleep compounded with a toddler that doesn't want to sleep alone in our rental and requires a sleep buddy (Momma), things have been wonderful. Nice constant breeze, pool in the back, beautiful rental home, and a beach a few blocks away. #vacation

Today was a good day. All of these were done on the band with the most tension I could reasonably do 20 reps with. Nicole did 132...it started out as 120 each. We always do 30 every day. But then I thought I was behind, and did 11 more to catch up to 120 and beat her by one(hates odd numbers and losing). Then she told me she had only done 120 and did 12 more to beat me by 1. @tullstrongmomma #goals #tullstrong #legday #push

Bands. I love these things. I did 3x10 Romanian deadlifts(😓😓), 2x10 squats(plus the 30 I did with @tullstrongmomma), 3x15 pull throughs, and 2x20 ledge lifts with my toesies. A few other small sets of meh exercises, all while Nicole rode 7 miles on the bike. 🚲💪🦵 #tullstrong #becauseimable #putsomestankonit
