Turns out all we needed was a little pick-me-up! 🍾

a crisp overcast morning, soft Susurrus sounding off, summer tries to hold on but autumn’s will is stronger today. The breeze seeps through the cracks like morning light under an old wooden door. Persistent. Cool mist drifts to the earth from the gray above, the birds quiet this morning, nesting, though a crow cries once overhead. Head south, she seems to say. The smell of petrichor wafts up from the pavement and the scent of fresh laundry saunters from someone’s basement. As the rain picks up, her voice echos through the leaves and a red crossbill chirps from a rooftop. Breathe it in, stay a while. This is all there is.

Always on the hunt for non-alcoholic alternatives and was so excited to feature @susurrusteas at last nights Nightshade dinner and a new offering @twelvemaine —It certainly made an 8-course NA pairing less challenging. Everyone deserves to have something in their glass at the table. Huge shout to @ellyb35 for making it happen—welcome to Maine!
