✨ Badam Halwa in just 15 minutes! 💛

A rich, melt-in-the-mouth dessert made with just a handful of pantry ingredients. Perfect for festivals, guests, or whenever you're craving something sweet!

📝 Ingredients:
• ½ cup almond flour
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp ghee
• A large pinch of saffron

👩‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Mix almond flour with ⅔ cup milk until smooth and lump-free.
2️⃣ Soak saffron in the remaining ⅓ cup hot milk.
3️⃣ Add the almond mixture and sugar to a wide, heavy-bottomed pan and switch on the stove. The mixture will loosen as it heats.
4️⃣ After 4–5 minutes, pour in the saffron milk and continue stirring.
5️⃣ Add the ghee gradually while stirring continuously.
6️⃣ In about 8–9 minutes, the halwa reaches a glossy, rich consistency.
7️⃣ Let it cool slightly and enjoy! 😋
