Reality shifts around you once you make a decision, it meets you there to build upon it 🌀

Every choice shows you a different aspect of yourself

Envision yourself as a rainbow existing through all colors

Say you explore blue for a while & then jump around to red or yellow, exploring different shades before heading to orange or circling back to blue before moving on to indigo, violet, or green

Why place so much burden on yourself to explore yellow before blue?

Or green before orange?

Doesn’t it all continue to show you things as you explore yourself?

Get out of the paradigm that you could do it wrong!

Your journey is perfect As It Is

One of the hardest things to accept is that we don’t only inherit our family’s features.

We inherit the ways they learned to survive.

The silence.
The guilt.
The fear of disappointing people.
The belief that love has to be earned.
The instinct to put everyone else first.
The habit of apologizing for taking up space.

Not because anyone wanted that for us.

But because unhealed pain rarely disappears.
It gets passed on.

Psychologists call it intergenerational trauma.

It’s the invisible inheritance that moves from one generation to the next until someone becomes aware of it.

Maybe that’s why you feel guilty every time you choose yourself.

Maybe that’s why peace feels unfamiliar.

Maybe that’s why healthy love feels strange while chaos feels like home.

You weren’t born believing those things.

You learned them.

And what is learned can be unlearned.

Your mother did not carry everything she carried so that you would spend your life carrying it too.

She deserved a softer life.

So do you.

Healing isn’t saying your parents failed.

It’s recognizing that they could only give what they had.

Many of them were raising children while trying to heal the child inside themselves.

Some never had the chance.

Maybe you do.

Maybe your role in this family isn’t to carry the pain more gracefully.

Maybe it’s to put it down.

To show the people who come after you that love doesn’t have to hurt.
That rest isn’t laziness.
That boundaries aren’t rejection.
That kindness can exist without self-abandonment.

Every time you choose differently, you’re not only changing your own life.

You’re changing what your family will one day call normal.

And perhaps that’s the quietest form of love.

Not repeating what hurt you.

But making sure it has nowhere else to go.

we only start living when we stop fearing death, and that can only be achieved by willingly experiencing ego death after ego death
