I’ll be missing the meet ups I planned because of my fractured foot, but 'Thursday Sunset' meet ups in the spring/summer have been a BGG tradition for over 9 years, so I still wanted to keep them going. A few of our members got together yesterday at one of our usual sunset spots, Stewart’s Root Beer, and I’m glad they got together to socialize and shoot. One fine day I met Shawn. We both looked up at the night sky, he wished for the opportunity to bring more color and light to world - I was a #jerseycity #poet with a twin dream. 💭🌌 Months later our lucky stars aligned.✨ He founded The Color and Light Festival and brought me on as part of the Team / as an Event Coordinator / as a light designer / as a participating Artist. I’m over the moon about this collaboration and this incredible accomplishment. Together with the rest of the team, local organizations - businesses - my #asburypark friends and 12,000 attendees - WE MADE HISTORY! Moreover, @lefiddler_oficial brought his artistry 🎶 to the occasion & to my personal work - it was glorious! The below is a message from @colorlightfestival - Visionaries who I’m proud to call friends. My message to everyone - Keep dreaming - Keep reaching ✨🌌 _____________________________ Relive the magic - COLOR & LIGHT @colorlightfestival This Spring Equinox people from all walks of life turned out for a weekend that lit up Asbury Park & the Jersey Shore.
