More than just a testimonial. This one hits different. 🥹🤍

Suze came on her first Ginger Life trip feeling, in her own words, anxious about meeting new people.

At the end of every retreat, we hold an awards ceremony, and Suze won our Butterfly Effect Award. 🦋

An award for someone who steps outside their comfort zone, embraces the experience, and truly blossoms along the way.

So hearing her talk about why she’d recommend a Ginger Life retreat hits that little bit harder.

Tulum, we’re ready for you. 🌴 if you’re ready for a life changing trip then DM to come with us.

Making friends as an adult is hard, especially when you’re starting over and building something new. The secret? Try the thing that scares you a little.

The other night, a room full of women showed up to Alchemy Groove. No dance experience. Just movement, vibes, freedom, release, and a little manifestation. Strangers became friends. Some of us cried. All of us left lighter.
Every woman needs her Side Quest Friends 🤍 Tag yours. Next bloom event is October 31st in bio.

Women over 40. Community events.

As I get ready to launch the next Ginger Life trip to Tulum, tapping back into this highlight reel from the most epic final day in Joshua Tree.

No trending audio, just pure joy.

We kicked things off with a spicy sweat session, flowed into yoga with live cello, customized our own cowboy hats, and closed it all out with a full-on desert disco, cocktails flowing, live music, a pop up tattoo artist and unreal food.

And somehow… Tulum is about to top it.

If you’ve been waiting for your sign—this is it. My VIPs worked fast in pre launch and now there are only two rooms left.

Comment “Ginger life ” and I’ll send you the details 🧡
