Contact iMprovisation

“ Contact improvisation is maybe a place where we can step back into
that kind of relationship (of mother & baby) with another person.
For most people i assume
Contact iMprovisation is just a friendly dance. they do not think about all this pre birth unity etc.
But it’s interesting to think that there is such a thing as pre birth unity
and post birth separation and that it had to be negotiated.
and the mother and child do it in an amazing speed of communication mostly unseen
to the physical eye.
Maybe the negotiation made in Contact iMprovisation
between two
is a trial to step back from separation & gravity (resulting in the event of birth) unto some wholeness
that is greater than us two... “

Last days, we had the deep pleasure of hosting a wonderful human being and ILM teacher/practitioner @nimrodchirurg here in Berlin 🌿✨
What a profound journey — exploring, expanding, and experiencing movement from the inside out…!
No words can truly capture the depth of what unfolded. Each moment will be held in our hearts, shaping the way we move, live, and meet life — until next time, when we dive even deeper into the magic of the moving-living body.

Thank you, Nimrod, for your wisdom, presence, and open-hearted sharing 💗
And endless gratitude to @ilanlevmethod and @ilanlev for opening this beautiful path of play, transformation, and connection — for the benefit of us all.

Huge THANK YOU to all of you who joined with such presence, curiosity and excitement —
