Thank you to everyone who checked in on me while I disappeared these past maybe over two weeks to support my family member 🤍 and for understanding when I wasn’t as prompt as I usually am. I felt your kindness🙏🏻

Sometimes life pulls you into a space where you have no choice but to be fully present, and social media naturally becomes silent.

And when you’re a business owner, that silence has a weight. A huge, heavy weight.

Our work depends on our energy.
Our visibility matters.
Momentum matters.

And when you suddenly step away, even for the right or necessary reasons, it creates an impact. You don’t think about it because you are in a much deeper hole and your priorities suddenly shifted. But it happens in the background.

These past two weeks reminded me of something I always say and tbh I think every business owner understands deeply:

We don’t get sick days… we don’t get off days… not when we’re holding a family crisis in one hand and a clinic full of people we care about in the other.

My load shifted, my schedule changed, and yes work took a hit.

But I still showed up, in the ways I could.
I showed up for my patients; the urgent ones, the flexible ones, the understanding ones🙏🏻

But not only for them, but also for me.
Because being present in my work, even in small doses, was its own form of self-care.

And I wouldn’t have been able to hold any of this without the right people beside me.

The right team 🙏🏻
The right hands on deck.
The people who keep the fort standing when you are stretched thin.

Having the “right people on the bus” is everything and I am grateful beyond words.

I am trying (not there yet, but trying) to ease my way back now… slowly, gently.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your understanding.It means more than you know 🤍

One very important thing @zahrasbeih said, is that Networking has helped her feel seen, and let people know she exists.

As it is with a lot of entrepreneurs, the lack of networking will only encourage the doubt they have of not finding people who share the same visions and goals, not finding business partners or investors.

The truth is, they’re all out there, you just have to show up and tell them you exist.

It’s WHO you know.
