why do we want a little micro bend in our joints in our practice?

when we lock out our elbows or knees, the joint ends up holding the weight. with a soft bend, the muscles stay switched on and share the work, so the postures feel stronger and more stable (and kinder to the joints over time). 🙂‍↕️

watch for it in tabletop, plank and reverse tabletop.

stay tuned for more alignment tips for a more sustainable practice :’)

free online class!!

as some of you may know, i’m building an online library that i’m excited to share with you come december! i know some of you have moved away or are traveling a lot, so i wanted to offer an on-the-go version where you can keep up with your practice :’)

SO, here’s a freebie in the meantime: join my patreon for free (link in bio, just a name and email) and you’ll get access to this class. there i’ll post a plethora of things: full classes, shorties, some nerdy stuff, regular playlists & info on upcoming workshops, retreats & trainings.

class bundles & monthly subscription coming soon, and the occasional free viddy ;) looking forward to having you, and please send me any questions, comments or requests, here or there! <3
