Had a BLAST at the NYC premiere of Carrie! 🩸 The first two episodes were SO good — and I’m not just saying that. As a horror lover, I can’t wait to watch the rest when the series premieres October 7th on @primevideo! 🎬 @amazonmgmstudios #carrie #newseries

I’ll be so for real with you… the soup was missing something. 🤣 I think it was the basil and the parm rind because I didn’t have those. BUT the grilled cheese? BANGING. 😂🔥 Recipe @its.juliesmith from below! She def makes it better.

Easy Creamy Tomato Soup 🍅🤌🏻
Serves 6–8

Roasted Veggies
• 2 lbs tomatoes, quartered
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• ½ yellow onion, chopped
• 2 heads garlic
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt + pepper
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp onion powder

Soup
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1½ tsp dried basil
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 Parmesan rind
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan

To Make
• Roast veggies at 425°F for 35–45 min.
• Melt butter + cook tomato paste for 2–3 min.
• Add roasted veggies + garlic to the pot.
• Add broth, seasonings + Parmesan rind.
• Simmer for 20–25 min.
• Remove rind + blend until smooth with an immersion hand blender.
• Turn heat to low + stir in heavy cream.
• Remove from heat + mix in Parmesan.
• Top with fresh basil + extra Parmesan! 🤌🏻
