At the Solstice Ram Dass gathering, a gentleman shared with me how much he enjoyed hearing Hare Krishna and my story of classical cello —> voice.

“Do you know what you’re doing with your vibrato [when you sing]?”

Yes and no - there is technique, but more importantly:

When I sing,
I allow for my body to become an instrument of transcendence - like a flute being played by God.

“Your vibrato is unlike any I have heard… like you’re channeling a message from somewhere else entirely.”

Together as a community, we can deliver the sound of transcendence with our voices to the hearts of many.

Keep chanting for love ♥️🎶

Dancing Dogs Yoga is hosting an Evening of Mantra Music with Sean Johnson & the Wild Lotus Band next Monday evening, 9/29. Yes, a Monday evening! It’s the perfect night to gather together to sing New Orleans inspired mantra music. We NEED this. A moment to catch our breaths and unite. A moment to remember the power to love ourselves beyond adversity.

I’m honored to be opening the evening, with my friends, The Spirit Messengers. Please come out to bask in this simple but profound sweet practice.
