POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Man, what a beautiful day, through and through! The weather was perfect, and it was so good seeing everybody. 💜💛

Prairie View A&M’s 150th celebration might’ve been my favorite homecoming in all these decades. I don’t know if it was the energy, the people, or just how I was feeling, but this one felt GOOD.

For the first time, I stayed all day AND night and enjoyed myself freely and thoroughly. I even went to the game! 😂 I danced till I couldn’t dance anymore and sang at the top of my lungs.

And OMG, I had so much footage! I couldn’t fit it all in this one reel, but I tried! 😂 There’s some more fun in my stories.

So good seeing, hugging, and catching up with so many people. I had a GREAT day.

Homecoming was perfect, and it owes me NOTHING. Until next year, PV! 💜💛🐾

From a beautifully curated dinner hosted by my girl and powerhouse @valeisha , to the CAA event and then over to the @excelbasketball party, it was one of those nights you just appreciate. So good celebrating with @caa_basketball, @jeninehoward , @swardally , and our longtime family friend Rick Brunson (assistant coach for the @nyknicks )

Old friends, new friends, and nothing but love. Everyone I rock with knows my love is verified. ♥️🌹

Jalene and Jenine established in 1989,In halls of LaGuardia HS, where our dreams took shape.
My Jelly Bean.
My Coffee Cake.
My Claire.
We have lived a lifetimes side by side.. little girls growing into women who learned how to love, how to mother, how to become.
We’ve walked through storms that tried to bend us, break us and somehow always emerged
with sunlight on our faces.
Thank you for loving every version of me. For being the constant I can lean on.
Your big, raucous laugh
has healed me more times than you know.
I love you, Leeny.
I thank God for us..
for this sisterhood that time cannot touch.

Welcome to Level 5.0
it’s joyful here,
and we earned every bit of this shit ✨
Happy Birthday @coffey333

About last night ✨ Dee’s 3rd Annual Ugly Sweater Party — always a blast with these favs! 🎄 Dee, you are a true curator of joy… a whole vibe, a spark, and a connector of laughs, love, and the best energy in every room!! Forever appreciative of you sis…the epitome of fab, my fellow bougie hoodlum with a Jackie O butterfly spirit. 😜 Your vibe really does attract your tribe — none of the women ever feel like a strangers, always warm & supportive— and that’s because of you. 😘
