POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

You can download a program anywhere off the internet for free. You can’t download a community.
Looking back at these clips from when I first started lifting to where I am today, the constant was the people in my corner. The fist bumps after grinding the last rep, the spotters who refused to let you quit, and the mates who knew when you needed a push versus when you just needed someone to listen after a shit day. Some of these videos are people celebrating with me, laughing at a win, cheering me on or helping me as I miserably failed a squat.

Lately, everyone’s debating whether AI will replace coaches, focusing on who can analyse form better or adjust targets faster. But real coaching and real strength are more than numbers on a bar.

We live in a world that’s more hyper connected than ever, yet people have never felt more isolated. We shouldn't be outsourcing the very thing that keeps us grounded, authentic human connection.

Find a good program, sure. But build a real network around you. Whether that’s a coach, a training partner, or a crew that has your back. That’s what really matters. I've made some friends for life and always had people like my Dad and girlfriend in me corner so they also feature in this video, as its the people that make anything worth doing.

Thank you God for another year in life🤍

Help me to stay patient, to understand that everything happens in God’s timing, and God’s timing will always be the right timing.

Isaiah 40:31 ‘But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint’

I pray that the plans you have for me continue to prosper, whether I have the wisdom to understand what is going on in the moment, allow me to keep unwavering faith in you

Jeremiah 29:11 ‘God’s plans will always be to proper you and not to harm you, to give hope and a future’

Keep my family, friends, and loved ones under your protection always. I pray you allow them to handle adversities that come their way and allow them to reach the potential you have destined for them. Keep them healthy both mentally and physically❤️
