Grateful for the opportunity to step into the space at @dallascac 🙏🏾

It was an honor teaching the 3SM principles to such powerful young ladies. We focused on strengthening both body and mind… building real defense against physical and verbal harm.
But more than anything, we worked on developing a decisive mindset… one that can act to protect, endure, and survive.

Creating spaces where safety, resilience, and confidence can grow is something I don’t take lightly. This work matters. These moments matter.
Huge thank you to Claudia Martinez for the invitation. Looking forward to building more with you all this year 🤝🏾

3 weeks in a shelter taught me compassion.

Growing up, I experienced what it means to go without—and what a difference it makes when someone shows up for you. Sharing my childhood story today reminds me why giving is at the heart of everything I do.

This month, we’re rallying together for Family Gateway, supporting families facing homelessness right here in our community. Let’s stand in the gap and give them the essentials they need.

🟣 Items Needed This Month:
• Twin sheet sets (standard size)
• Body wash (men & women)
• Deodorant (men & women)
• Baby diapers (all sizes)

Your donations mean more than you know. Let’s show these families they’re not alone— DM me to drop off items!
