Turns out, you don’t need to find the workout.

You just need to find a reason to keep showing up. 🤎

We’ve danced. We’ve boxed. We’ve lifted heavy. We’ve bounced from bungees, shaken through barre, trained like athletes, brought our babies along, sweated our butts off and even trained for HYROX.

And somewhere along the way, working out became less about the workout…and more about the women beside us.

One of my favorite things about Mamas on the Move is getting to step outside our comfort zones and experience so many incredible fitness communities around North Idaho. Some workouts we LOVE. Some absolutely humble us. 😂 But we keep trying.

Because you don’t have to be a runner.
You don’t have to be a lifter.
You don’t have to already be “fit.”
And you definitely don’t have to do it alone.

Maybe you just haven’t found the kind of movement that makes you want to come back yet.

So tell me 👇 What are we trying next?

Come for Movement. Stay for the Village.

Over the last couple of days, we’ve been working behind the scenes to create something very special. 🤍

190 little vases. 190 names. 190 children from around the world who are deeply loved and forever remembered through our Angel Baby Club.
Each vase held the name of a child whose family continues to carry them in their hearts. As these flowers make their way into the community, we’re asking each recipient to pay the kindness forward in memory of an angel — buy someone a coffee, pay for a meal, leave a generous tip, help someone who needs it, or simply do something kind.

Then pass the card along and let the kindness continue. 🤍

These vases have been handed out through some amazing local businesses @sweat_208 , @symmetrysaunastudio , @kyra_beamis_coeurdalenerealtor and @coeurobgyn — along with a handful of people who picked up boxes to share with their friends, families, teachers and others in their lives.

🤍 One angel. One act of kindness. A ripple that can reach farther than we ever know. 🤍

I’ll be sharing individual photos of each vase and the beautiful babies they represent.

For privacy, only families who have an organization or remembrance page for their baby and gave permission for Fallon’s Flight to tag them were included on the cards. Personal accounts were not added to the cards, but I will tag those families in the background when their acts of kindness are shared and Fallons Flight is tagged.

Thank you to every business, individual and volunteer who is helping distribute these vases throughout our community and beyond, and helping us turn remembrance into kindness. 🤍A special shout out to @deanna.williamss for donating the flowers

We can’t wait to see how far these little acts of kindness travel.

Actually, @taylorshillam babe do you hear me during class? 🤣

These were my thoughts directly after today’s class and knew I had to share since it’s so nervous system related.

Plus, deep sounds like that utilize our vagus nerve and can help release jaw and neck tension - so if you’re a stressed out chronic healing girlie, when’s the last time you let out a roar? Jw. :)

I love you and I’m happy you’re here,

A dream come true!!!⭐️

In 2024, I went to my first ever spin class. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to become a spin instructor one day. My spin journey has been filled with milestones, opportunities, growing in the uncomfortable, and meeting the most amazing people along the way. I’m so grateful for what brought back my love for fitness.

I can’t wait to sweat with you soon!⚡️
