For International Women’s Day, we kept it local to highlight a few women we’re grateful to know, from us- your local woman founded and led, Vegas animal and collective liberation group- to you 🫶🏽 *this isn’t everyone we appreciate, and if you volunteer or vend at @allfriendsanimalsanctuarylv, please watch out for a separate post later today.

We’re surrounded by local women with global perspectives who fight for animals and their fellow humans through different means of resistance and organizing, from protests, vegan mutual aid/food shares and feeding the community, animal rescue, volunteering at animal sanctuaries, workshops to empower collective change, and supporting one another during it all.

Leaders, fighters, creatives, nurturers, the women you see are multifaceted and liberation mind. Across the world, we see women consistently put themselves on the frontlines in all movements- Indigenous resistance, Black liberation, Queer rights and on behalf of themselves, their families, and community.

It’s an honor to work alongside you, to see how much you put caring into action, and for all the support you’ve also shown us and the animals over the years- some, since the very beginning of this group.

You’ve helped us build community here in Vegas, and we love you all. We couldn’t have done it/do it without you 🌹

THIS is why I create events and build communities like this:
Because success is amplified when it’s shared. 💕

There is something powerful that happens when ambitious business women get in the same room. Ideas get sharper. Connections get deeper. 🤝 🥰

My community isn’t just cute — it’s catalytic.
It expands you. It creates conversations that stretch you. It’s collaborative because we are better together❣️

And let’s be honest… when we wear pink, we are unstoppable. 😉

Tell me in the comments: what should our next theme be?

If you can’t find it, create it. That’s a mantra I live by…

When I created All A-Board a year ago I had a vision of creating community and connection in a way I wasn’t seeing in other networking groups. Something simple, grounded in positive energy - and healthy charcuterie. 😉

I had no idea what an incredible event and community it would turn into. It has exceeded my expectations! As I listened to each of the women as they introduced themselves last night, I was absolutely humbled and in awe of the diverse & impactful ladies surrounding me. 🥰

I loved witnesssing the ah-ha moments as people connected over their professional and personal stories. That’s my favorite part! I even shared last night that my “why” for becoming a goals coach & success strategist is because I love connecting people – to other people, solutions and strategies to empower, improve, and evolve their personal and professional lives.
This event was absolutely an extension of that! 🌀

Thank you to everyone who attended last night. Your presence and participation is what makes the event so special & successful. Thank you for trusting me with your time and energy, and for believing in this concept I created. Cheers to all of you - I am grateful to call you colleagues, collaborators, clients and friends! 🥂
