A man becomes dangerous the day he learns he needs nothing, no approval, no applause ,no safety net, just his will and his fire.

As a dance teacher, my body is part of my job. 💃

I need strength, stamina, flexibility and control to teach, demonstrate and perform at my best every day.

A dance teacher never stops training. 💪

Big thanks to Jeremiah and Sweat Studio for keeping me strong and in shape! 🔥

A lot of people are living blindly inside a corporate and consumer bubble.

They live a habitual lifestyle that was shaped by their childhood environment.

They eat and drink whatever they see in commercials and on grocery store shelves.

They are often unconscious of how their choices and habits impact their health and the environment.

They rely on other people telling them what they should and should not do.

They sometimes find it strange when others are deeply committed to exercise, eating real food and taking care of themselves.

They look for external factors to blame and justify their actions.

They rarely question anything about their current lifestyle.

And they can find every excuse possible just to avoid what’s really required of them to start building their health from the ground up.

The real change starts when you break lifelong patterns.

When you finally realize that you’ve given away authority over yourself to someone else.

When you start listening to your body when it gives you signs that you need to make changes.

When you take control of your own mind and become responsible for your actions.

You are here for a reason, and it’s a great gift to have this experience.

Live like you appreciate it.
