Practice makes improvement ‼️.
1Ball.1Dream.365days!
This is day 14/365 of touching the ball every single day until I become pro❤️‍🔥⚽️🔥.
No days off…no excuses⚽️❤️‍🔥🏋️‍♀️🔥.
**LESSON OF THE DAY ⚽️**

As a soccer player, you have to learn how to **stay active at all times.**

Your job doesn’t stop after you make a pass.
It doesn’t stop after you press.
It doesn’t stop after you lose the ball.
And it definitely doesn’t stop when you’re not directly involved in the play.

**The game is always happening around you.**

After you pass, **move.**
After you press, **recover and prepare for the next action.**
After you lose the ball, **react.**
When you’re away from the ball, **create space, offer support, scan, communicate, and make yourself available.**

Give **100% of your attention to the game**, not just the moments when the ball is at your feet.

The best players are constantly asking themselves:

**“How can I help my team right now?”**

You don’t always have to touch the ball to influence the game.

Sometimes your run creates space.
Sometimes your movement gives your teammate an option.
Sometimes your communication prevents a dangerous situation.
Sometimes your positioning makes the next play easier.

**Be an asset every second you’re on the field.**

Don’t watch the game.

**Be part of the game. ⚽️🧠🔥**
