It’s wild what happens when you give yourself permission to evolve.

Last year, I walked away from the Food + Wellness Equity Creator Retreat @foodwellnessequity knowing I needed to simplify.

This year, I showed up with focus—and left with a refined vision, a grounded plan, and a heart full of gratitude for the kind of community that reminds you you’re part of something bigger.

This is what alignment looks like in real time—clarity, connection, and creativity that actually feeds you.

I’m excited for the expansion of @teachmehowtobake. I’m honored to have been in the room 😍

🍰✨ Happy National Bakery Day from Noble Marie Bakery! ✨🍰

This year feels extra sweet.

At IBIE 2025, I got to study alongside some of the best in the industry — learning techniques I once only dreamed of:
🌸 Wafer Paper Flowers
🍑 Modeling Chocolate Peaches
💎 Isomalt Art & Sugar Decorations

I’m so proud to now call myself an official member of the Retail Bakers of America.
This moment is a reminder that there’s always more to learn, more to create, and always more to be grateful for.

To the entire bakery community — thank you for welcoming me, inspiring me, and helping me grow.
And to my customers, family, and friends — your support fuels every recipe, every late night, and every celebration.

🧁 From ATL to Las Vegas and beyond… Noble Marie Bakery is just getting started.

When I wrote out my birthday resolutions list one of the things I wanted to call in was being “considered”

For most of my adult life I’ve considered others because acts of service is my love language.

I very specifically said I wanted others to prioritize me, consider me, plan for me and love me. Now while in my head that was romantically these two @peculiarpaulk and @sweet_fest started this chapter off doing exactly what I’d written.

There was an immediate understanding that when I requested these things from the universe not only did it hear me - it showed me I’ve curated a life of friends that see me as more than just a friend - it’s because they SEE me and I’m forever grateful.

Cydni & Alene thank you for making my birthday a big deal and planning an intentional celebration.

Love yall real big!

You know I can’t resist a little horror in my sugar art. 🩸
At #CBSS2025, I’ll be showing you how to create gruesome, textured, totally edible art — perfect for spooky season. 👻
Warning: this class is not for the faint of heart… but it is beginner-friendly.

Did you know the name Cake Kernels was created by my business mentor and friend, Cyd? 🎂🍿 She believed in the vision from the start and helped me bring it to life with a name as sweet and unique as the flavors we serve. 💛

Interested in how it tastes? Go ahead and order now—you won’t be disappointed! 😋
