POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There are moments as a teacher that leave you deeply humbled. This was one of those moments for me.🧎🏽‍♀️‍➡️

Standing before these beautiful souls, in a cozy cabin in Whimberly, TX, I felt such immense gratitude to hand each one of them their Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master certificates. I am so proud of their commitment, their growth, their trust, and their willingness to go deeper.

🌿 Shoden — Reiki I: Learning
✨ Okuden — Reiki II: Deepening
🔥 Shinpiden — Reiki Master: Embodying

At the Master level, Reiki becomes more than something we practice. It becomes something we live. Mastery does not mean we have arrived or that there is nothing left to learn. Quite the opposite. It is a commitment to remain a student and to to keep practicing, listening, healing, growing, and allowing the teachings to reveal themselves more deeply over time.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, it is one of my greatest honors to witness that journey and hold space as others awaken more deeply to the healer within themselves.

To my students: I am so incredibly proud of you. ❤️

May you continue to trust your practice, embody your Authentic Self, and allow Reiki to meet you exactly where you are… again and again. 🪬✨🪬

Namaste. 🙏🏾

Holy Fire® Reiki Master Retreat: Awaken The Healer Within

A little behind the scenes of what happens when nine souls gather with intention, presence, and a willingness to go DEEPER. 👁️👁️

I AM so humbled I get to do this Greater Work in this lifetime. 12 years ago, Reiki changed my life and now I get to help others change their lives… for the better. I have seen how Holy Fire Reiki transforms and heals anyone who is called to receive it or learn about it.
🪬✨🪬

My heart is filled with so much love and gratitude for everything that unfolded this past weekend. 🥰
Heart hugs. Setting intentions. Aura Clearing. Letting Go. Releasing. Surendering. Reiki Healing circles. Authentic connections. Presence.Love.
Laughter. Incredible Culinary Experiences.

This training was not just about learning how to practice Reiki at the Master level.

It was about remembering and reconnecting with The Authentic SELF.

Remembering the healer within.
Remembering the power of presence.
Remembering what can happen when we create a safe and sacred space to simply be.

And together, we created a little magic. ✨

Stay Tuned. More to come. 💫

🩷 I wanted to share something personal and monumental with you.
After many meaningful years, I will be closing Sara Sweet Sugaring in
San Diego April 2026.
12 years
Of hands-on care.
Of sacred conversations.
Of trust, growth, and transformation.
This space, these moments, and each of you have meant so much to me. It has truly been an honor to care for your skin and share on your self- care rituals.

Sugaring, The Art of Body Sugaring, has been a profound chapter of my life and business. It has supported me, shaped me, humbled me, and allowed me to serve so many of you in such an intimate, meaningful way. I am endlessly grateful for every client who laid on my table, shared their stories, and trusted my hands.
✨ I’m listening to what’s next.
I’m expanding. I’m creating space for new work, new offerings, and new ways to serve—ones that align with the woman and business I’m becoming.
Sara Sweet Sugaring in San Diego is ending. The next initiation is a soft, intentional shift into what’s calling me forward.
Staying true to what I Love
Mindful Yoga Classes, Healing Self Love Rituals, Guided Meditations with Crystal Singing Bowls and Instruments. Facilitating workshops, retreats and special events. Caring for our vibrational health in all forms will always be a passion of mine and I will continue to share. 💓

How are you showing up for it?
Today is an invitation to clear, soften, and prepare your spirit for what’s ahead.
Here are a few affirmations to carry into the new year… a year of purpose, passion, radiance, and abundance.

The Year of the Fire Horse only comes around once every 60 years. 🔥🐎

May this bold, untamed energy awaken your leadership, fuel your vision, and move you toward everything meant for you.

Step into it grounded.
Step into it powerful.
Step into it ready.

✨8.8.2025
Energetic Shift + Manifesting + Love

This time of year is a powerful one that reminds us to live and be in our utmost creative flow, our power house, and embody our truest essence of who we are. 🙌🪷🤍

Two years ago on this meaningful day I sat with a special group of women, we held a circle and set intentions for the next 2-5 years. ✨

What I embody at this moment is just what I manifested all that time ago…
Oh Time.

I am feeling incredibly grateful for my present time and all of the experiences I have lived up to now.
There will continue to be growths and uplifting shifts within my wellness business. The time has truly come for me to expand and grow in multiple cities, in multiple counties. ❣️

Stay tuned for updates in mobile wellness events, private classes, beauty services & everything of my favorites to share!
