Who’s Coming?

Dance Lab!

Sundays! 5:30-6:30!

@thesanctuarykauai

It all starts with the walk. Your walk is your business card. You gotta get the technique in your body, and then you can take it everywhere you go.

I wanted to burn my black leotards and pink tights from a life spent mostly in the ballet studio, but no one can ever take all those years of discipline and dedication away because the body remembers. And the good news is, it’s NEVER TOO LATE.

Bring your heels for progressions and basics across the floor.

I’m excited to bring heels to the barre for conditioning and building strength. Did you know that ballet originally was performed in heels? Let’s bring it back!

We’re gonna get hot, and sweaty, and sexy, and we are going to walk a lot! Lol!

Dance Lab~

Drop in $25
Monthly $88

What to Bring:
1. Heels( not too high. No more than 3 inches).
2. Mat
3. Water
4. Dance wear

DM me for any questions

Love,
