Some weddings leave a lasting impression, and Linda & Amanuel’s will always be one of them. Here’s what stuck with Rach the most from that day… “It’s rare for a wedding to actually take your breath away. But when I stepped into the Town Hall, I literally felt my breath leave my body. I remember not knowing where to look to take it all in, and just thinking, how can we possibly capture all of this in such a short amount of time. I remember standing above to watch the guests walk in, and I saw them have the same response. Everyone there knew that we were all walking into a once in a lifetime wedding experience.” Photography | @inlightenphotography Content | @socialsbyjoshjoseph Planner & Stylist |@dianekhouryweddingsandevents Florals | @johnemmanuelfloralevents Venue | @thesydneytownhall Ceiling Installation @starlightchandeliers Custom Builds | @wldb_au Furniture Hire | @whitelabelhire Decor Hire | @optimumeventhire Dancefloor | @elite.dancefloors Carpet | @eventflooring Stationery & Graphic Design | @nataliebydesign Cake | @sweetbloomcakes Candles | @lovedbylucyxo Videography |@iconic_films Catering /@georgekhouzamegroup Fireworks & Pyrotechnic @sydney_fireworks_pyrotechnic Lighting & Sound | @jayproductionsevents Band & Entertainment |@patrick.najem Entertainment |@pistachioentertainment Aerialists | @couture_air Aerialist Rigging | @pollard_productions Cars | @uniqueweddingcars Dress | @jatoncouture Makeup |@milanijoymakeup Hair | @hairstylist_lizzieliros Jewellery |@jacobsonsjewellery Home Styling |@propmywed Home Catering |@hayatandfay

Keep this close… these are the moments that stay with you ✨ The definition of modern regality – layers of lush greenery, an abundance of white florals, and soft touches of colour that brought the entire space to life. Elevated, romantic, and effortlessly timeless. 💐 But beyond the setting, it was the intention behind every choice that made it truly memorable. A celebration built on feeling, not just aesthetics – where every detail reflected something deeper. “Enjoy the process, every little detail of it, it goes by too quickly.” 💌 A reminder from Lan that the magic isn’t just in the day… it’s in everything that leads up to it. At Kayrouz Bridal, we’re here for all of it – the excitement, the decisions, the moment you find the dress that feels like you. 💫 Planning your own wedding vision? Save this for inspiration and share your dream style below 📌 – Real bride: @lannndo_ Gown: @kayrouzbridal @berta Shoes: @jimmychoo Grooms suit: @bentexsuitsaus Photographer + Videographer: @saltatelier_wedding Celebrant: @claire.belford.celebrant Venue: @bynavarra Entertainment: @limitededitionband Hair: @rachellerosehair Makeup: @cathylau.makeup Florals + Planner: @annawangstylist Cake: @sweetbloomcakes MC: @withlovemcjess #KayrouzBridal #RegalWedding #WeddingStylingInspo #SydneyBridalBoutique #SparkleWeddingDress

PART 2 — The week that made me who I am today Everyone sees the finished product. No one sees the pressure of the 7+ days before. This was the bump in week. 10 days out… to 1 day before our wedding. The moment where the dream either comes together… or falls apart. Up until this point, every event I’d done in 2018 lived in conversations. In my head. In instinct. But this time? That wasn’t going to cut it. So I created my first ever full production schedule. 30+ pages of detail. Every movement. Every supplier. Every minute mapped. This wasn’t just a wedding anymore. This was a full-scale production. 50+ of Australia’s leading luxury vendors. 200+ workers onsite across 10+ days. A marquee build that took days to construct. 22 generators just to power the vision. 90 glamping tents creating an entire village under the trees. And then the details… 2 shipping containers of florals arriving onsite. Over 1M blooms of fresh florals everywhere. 6 florists working for an entire week to bring it to life. A custom Swarovski ceremony installation. Dogs being trained to arrive in cars for the ring moment. 🐾 A full concierge experience for 350 guests across 4 days. A meet and greet… rehearsal dinner at the maze winery… And a recovery day to close it all out. It was layered. It was complex. It was relentless. And then came the reality checks… We lost power to the chandeliers — overloaded circuits. ⚡️ 70mm of rain at 3am — flooding through the marquee flooring. 🌧️ 40 degree heat and humidity on the wedding day. 🔥 And every delivery running off tight windows… because the closest city was 1.5 hours away. There was no room for error. No time to panic. Only decisions. Solutions. Execution. This week… forced me to become someone else. More strategic. More structured. Relentless in execution. Obsessed with detail at an elite level. It’s why no wedding has ever worried me since. Because I’ve lived the extremes… on my own. This wasn’t just our wedding bump in. This was the making of everything that came after. Ask me today and I will say no problems - I have got this CAUSE I literally have seen it all - I am here for it!!! Part 3 — the wedding day… coming next.
