In the last few months, I’ve sent clients options that could save them over $65,000 on food. $65,000. 👀👀👀 And we started with what mattered to them: • Really good food || no dry chicken here. 
• Guests who feel taken care of || very vibey dinner party. 
• A budget they feel good about || we have other things we have to spend money on too. Those priorities gave us somewhere to start. Then we got creative. Sometimes that meant a different menu or service style. Sometimes it meant bringing in a restaurant they love and pairing it with an incredible staffing team. Then we looked at what it would actually take to do it well. Food >> staffing >> rentals >> setup >> service >> cleanup. Because I want to know what the whole thing costs before I tell you we’ve found a better option. And I have to give our catering + staffing partners the shout out here they deserve. They’re the ones taking my “okay, hear me out” calls and bringing their own experience and ideas to the table. I’m really grateful to work with people who care this much about serving our clients well. This is the part of planning I wish more people understood. Years of experience give you a lot to pull from. So do relationships with people who are really good at what they do. When you hire EGC, you get that thinking applied to your wedding and your money. Sometimes we find room for something else you really wanted. Sometimes you get to keep the money. Personally? IT’S OUR 4TH BIRTHDAY!!!! 🎉🩷🥂 It’s so crazy to look back and see how far we’ve come in just 4 years. Hundreds of weddings and events have taken place here, and we’re so thankful for every single one.
