Some WINS this past week here at Build & Burn 🔥

Every “workout conquered” represents a day they chose to show up. On the busy days, the tired days, the days they felt motivated and the days they definitely didn’t

Our clients just keep showing up, putting in the work, and giving us another reason to celebrate them 🎉

We LOVE getting to show off these milestones with our people because they earned every single one! 🫶🏼

Let’s show ‘em some love! ❤️‍🔥

Moving some BIG DAWG WEIGHT 🤌🏼

Continuously trying to progress in weight here. Worked up to 175lb RDLs for Gretchen and Sue!!

With this being the heaviest weight they’ve done, we’re going to keep working this until form is absolutely perfect, they feel more confident with it, and then we’ll start increasing the weight again.

I’m so so proud of these ladies!! Literally savages 😎👊🏼

Ended this year off with some PRs today 🔥

I was so fired up after this week’s workouts because everyone was just ON one. I kept talking Joe’s ear off about it because watching clients push themselves like that genuinely motivates ME

A few clients told me they finally felt confident lifting heavier because they weren’t second-guessing their form, they weren’t scared they’re doing it wrong, and they stopped holding back because they’re afraid to fail. That confidence only comes from putting in the work and having guidance you trust. THAT is what it’s all about ❤️‍🔥

So proud of them. Couldn’t think of a better way to close out the year💪🏼

🏋🏻‍♀️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🏋🏻‍♀️

The moment that Sue walked through the door, she knew that she was going all in and she wanted a change. And to this day, I have never seen her waiver from that.

After experiencing life threatening medical issues, Sue decided to put her trust into getting a trainer, and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of her journey. Since joining in October of 2023, Sue has now lost 45 pounds. She is a client who shows up each and every day ready to put in the work (even if I tell her we’re doing lunges😉). From the very beginning, she was so excited and eager to hear about new ways to go about her meal plan and incorporate new ideas to meet her goals. Sue has gained so much strength, and is constantly excited to move up in weights in every exercise.

Aside from the number on the scale, the most clear thing for me to see as Sue’s trainer has been her growth in confidence and pure happiness. Sue has always been a bright light whenever she walks through the door, and everyone in the gym knows that. She might give me credit for inspiring motivation in her, but she’s the one that truly inspires ME. She has put every ounce of energy into changing her life, and I’m so lucky to be a a part of it and see it first hand.

Sue, you’re a light to everyone around you, and you’re capable of so much. The work doesn’t stop here, let’s keep growing!💪🏼🤍

Here's to another amazing Rollercoasters, Eh!? event!! It was great to see everyone again. I always say this my favourite coaster event (even if it doesn't have any Skyrush...) and after this year, I can still say that. It's always filled with great rides, food, tours, ERT and friends!! And we were able to keep our streak as scavenger hunt winners for the 4th (5th?) time!! Yukon Striker was awesome and it was super cool getting to walk in the tunnel.I already can't wait until next year!! 😍🎢 #rollercoasterseh #ridewithace #acecanada #canadaswonderland #yukonstriker
