Amazing to have so many bakers, millers, farmers and grain lovers all gathered in one place for the first South West Grain Network AGM. Such a special day of reflection, discussion, and decisions. And, most importantly, of human connection between people who value grain and nurturing food systems. Oh yes and wheaty snacks! Impeccable lunch and wholegrain bakes from @hartsbakery as well as cookie snacks from me & delicious cakes from @explodingbakery and @hobbshousebakery Love this network and the people in it so much! 🥰🌾 (Not pictured but always present - Rosy from @fieldbakery )

No loafin’ around 🍞 Fresh bread is what we’re all about - mixing, kneading, proving and baking everything from scratch, by hand, right here in the bakery. You just can’t beat it! Our mighty tin loaf has become a much-loved favourite - and it’s easy to see why. A true everyday staple, perfect for sandwiches, toast, bread & butter pudding (oh yeah!), or simply slathered with a generous spread of butter! For those who like their loaf neatly sliced - our new bread slicer is on its way! In the meantime, we’re more than happy to hand-slice your loaf for you - just ask our lovely team 💙 Pop by and see us Wednesday - Saturday from 7:30am and choose from an array of freshly baked breads, pastries and other delicious treats - all served alongside a delicious coffee from @surfacecoffeeroasters ☕️ See you bright and early!
