ONLY ONE LEFT at Seabrook Estates! 🏡

South Union’s been booming with new construction — but few have been built with this much thought behind them.

Highlights:
• 3 Bed | 3.5 Bath | ~2,000 SQFT
• Private driveway + backyard
• Upstairs game room w/ wet bar
• Quartz waterfall island + fridge included
• Spa-style primary suite w/ rain shower + freestanding tub
• No HOA

💰 Listed at $369,900

Tucked on one of South Union’s best streets, this location puts you minutes from the Texas Medical Center and University of Houston — whether you’re commuting, investing, or planting roots, it just makes sense.

With special financing, you could get in with under $5K out of pocket and keep your monthly under $3K.

Modern design, smart numbers, and one last chance to call Seabrook Estates home.

From vision to reality, it’s amazing to see these details take shape. This home is getting closer to being ready for the market, and we can’t wait to share the finished product soon.

Stay tuned! More updates coming as we head into the final stretch!
