I am so extremely blessed to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Boston College! First and most importantly I would like to thank Jesus for guiding my path and gifting me with incredible opportunities. I would like to give a special shout out to my Mom and Grandma for their endless prayers and support towards me. As well as my Dad for his constant guidance, support, and advice. A big thank you to the rest of my family, friends, and coaches at LHY for always believing in me and their constant support throughout my life. I would also like to give a special thank you to Coach Bruno and Coach Dara as well as the entire Boston College Staff for giving me this incredible opportunity! I’m so extremely excited for what the future holds! GO EAGLES!! ♥️♥️🦅

12 years ago, we launched the first all-women sports studio show🎉

There is still so much work to be done, but we couldn’t ask for a better group of women to make it happen✨

Cheers to 12 years of WNTT and we look forward to many more to come🥂

A huge thank you to my family, friends, and coaches for all of their support throughout this journey, especially Coach Matt for your guidance and helping shape me into the athlete I am today. Lastly, I want to thank Coach Dara, Coach Bruno, and the entire Boston College staff for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity. I can’t wait to see what the future holds in Chestnut Hill. GO EAGLES!! ❤️🦅

🔥 3 Minute Core Blast Inspired by @swimdara !

I did this routine frequently in my build up my first World Championships as a 33 year old coming off a 10 year break from elite level swimming.

It’s just 3 minutes in total.
6 exercises.
30 seconds each.
No rest between them.

It’s short. It’s brutal. The original workout is double the time and includes plank variations!

💪🏼 See what you’ve got.

👇🏼 Comment below and let me know if you make it through without stopping.
