Swim lessons isn’t just about form and strokes it’s also about confidence and comfort. I’m so happy to see my children forming positive relationships with water. #weloveswimrevolution

This summer I read @joycemeyer book entitled Do It Afraid and it changed my life. I have fears like everyone else, but there was one in particular that I wanted to conquer and that was swimming (I almost drown at the age of 21 so there was lots of fear that I carried with me for YEARS).

After reading the book I decided to conquer this fear ( I have plenty others…but one at a time 😂). I started my classes and after 30 hours of lessons I graduated and can now say I CAN SWIM. I went on vacation last week and was IN the pool swimming and playing WITH my kids. No longer a spectator on the side… to say that I am proud of myself is an understatement.

My swim guides @swimrevolution Nick and Ren, were patient, encouraging and amazing through the entire process.

Swim Revolution is THE TRUTH and I am so thankful for their program. Both of my children are swimmers because of them. And I am so glad that they started an adult class.

If you are like I use to be - afraid to walk by a pool, afraid to put your head under water - I encourage you to conquer your fear and DO IT AFRAID.
