We’re finally catching our breath….

The last few days have been a blur between Media Day, our Soft Opening, and Grand Opening. We honestly don’t know if we’ve had enough time to process it all yet.

We’ve spent so much time in the kitchen and running around the restaurant that seeing these photos from @tiffanylauren.photography @spokanecontentcollective stopped us in our tracks! 🥹

Watching all of you laughing, celebrating, and making memories in a space that started as an idea is something we’ll never forget. 🥂

To our Coeur d’Alene team, thank you for believing in us and giving everything you had from day one. You handled one crazy launch with so much heart, and seeing you already talking about how to make tomorrow even better made us so proud.

To our Spokane team, thank you for stepping in, training, covering, encouraging, and making sure both restaurants were taken care of. We truly couldn’t have done this without you.

To everyone in the Coeur d’Alene community who has welcomed us, shared our posts, stopped in, or simply cheered us on, thank you. ❤️ We already feel so supported, and we can’t wait to get to know our new neighbors even better & come visit all your businesses!

To everyone who came to Media Day, thank you for spending part of your day with us and sharing House Of Brunch with your communities. Your support has meant more than you’ll ever know.

To Angela, @come.meet.with.me thank you for helping us bring this launch to life. You became one of those people we can’t imagine doing this without. We are so glad we hired you ❤️

It’s been a while since I’ve been a part of something that has inspired me as much as this show has. These last few months have truly made such a monumental impact on my life. (Not to be dramatic, but I really mean that.)

I’m honored to be part of reopening Lake City Playhouse. I’m blown away by the talent I am surrounded by, adults and kids alike. I’m blessed to have met the people I’ve met in the last few months. Most importantly, I find joy in performing again. Thank you to Brooke for creating a compassionate space for all of us to play. Thank you to the cast and crew for your heart. Thank you for reminding me what theatre can be and why I fell in love with it in the first place.
