The Sunset’s Kiss

The golden sun sinks deep into the sea, And leaves its burning kiss upon the shore; In twilight’s glow, your spirit wanders free, Where fading light asks nothing, nothing more.

Though shadows fall and cool the summer air, The warmth remains upon your sun-kissed skin; A radiant afterglow beyond compare, A silent, gentle peace that breathes within.

So let the night embrace the darkening space, You hold the light of this enchanted place. The Sunset’s Kiss

William Shakespeare’s Sonnet 116:

Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:
O no! it is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
It is the star to every wandering bark,
Whose worth’s unknown, although his height be taken.
Love’s not Time’s fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle’s compass come:
Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me proved,
I never writ, nor no man ever loved. William Shakespeare’s Sonnet 116:

The best investment I've ever made was in myself. It allowed me to recover and heal fully from a childhood/adolescence full of trauma, break cycles and write a new story for their lineage and my own self. Be the hero of your own life. No regrets.

🎼“Hello, the sun is up, where are you?
Come and dance in golden hues
Hello, the night is gonna find you
Everybody shines, we move too
Hello, the sun is up, where are you?
Come and stand, and feel a little loose
Hello, colors bruised all around
The world lights up with every sound”🎼
