18 hours of flying and three airports ahead. But much needed vacation ahead. Heading back to the homeland again — Sicily here we come. The dog knew we were leaving. He was not having it.

Off to Austin Eagle for Daddy Issues Labor Day Weekend. Finally got a great pair of actual wide toed shoes from Wyde that fit my feet. And my new hat from Columbia that molds to your head, is breathable but also water proof. Love it. Question; is it a law or at least a requirement that all the piano players in airports have to play “walking in Memphis?” no matter set of gates I’m going to, A., B, C every weekend if I sit there long enough, they’re playing that song. One of them needs to have the guts to sing it like Cher and do it right.

DADDIES HOME! THE ALBUM (Part 1) Out Now Everywhere: https://bit.ly/DHptOne French House Producer /DJ Tommy Marcus and American Producer/DJ Matt Consola teamed up in 2023 as the production team DADDIES HOME! Their sound is a combination of Tech House, French Nu-Disco, and Bathhouse Sleaze. After a handful of solo singles including “All This Time,” “The Disco Mayhem” and “The Funky Bangalore”, they began remixing for artists including Dirty Disco, Inaya Day, Cactushead, Amuka & M is For Motion, Giuseppe D., François Sagat, and others. Their early 2024 remix of Barry Huffine & Jose Spinnin Cortes ft Zhana Roiya – “Looking For a New Love” helped the track go Top 10 in the UK on the Contemporary Pop Dance Chart as did their remix for the Matt Consola & Veneta - Heart & Soul single which peaked at #9.  Now in 2026, with 8 singles under their belt, they release DADDIES HOME! THE ALBUM (Part 1). More than a compilation of their past releases, THE ALBUM (Part 1) also features 5 new songs and three Redux Remixes of past dance floor hits “Born This Way,” “One More Time” and their cheeky Anna Nicole Smith sampled single “Anna (Make Me Beautiful Duets)” renamed “Anna Does Paris,” as they take a French Disco House approach to the remix.  The first double single off the album, “JE T’AIME” and “ANNA DOES PARIS [REDUX]” will drop Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 in time for Pride Month. DADDIES HOME! THE ALBUM (Part 2) will drop in late 2026 featuring all club remixes of their entire catalog.  Available now on Swishcraft Music, America’s #1 LGBTQAI+ owned & operated dance label. Congratulation’s to Iconic LGBTQAI Singer, Activist, and Radio Personality Karel, for entering the Top 20 of the UK Dance Charts with his latest single “I Dance Because” out now on Swishcraft Music. With remixes by Dirty Disco (Mark De Lange), Rafael Mesa, Matt Moss, Robbie Carrigan, and producer and remixer Leo Frappier and the House of Frappier, this is an important LGBTQAI track. As Karel states, “I Dance Because” is dedicated to all the LGBTQ people that have filled the dance floors with me who are no longer here to dance. I dance because we did.” A special thanks to Craig Jones & Eurosolution for helping promote in the UK as well as Harry Frank Towers for help with promotions in America and Canada. We Shine Collective - “We Shine” Out Now!! - https://bit.ly/WeShineSong As spring weather is upon us, Swishcraft Music has been excited about out first release of spring. And boy is it a great one. Whether listening by the pool or having a few cocktails before going out, this is a track is a sun-soaked invitation to move — layered, luminous, and deeply felt. We have been excited to bring this new artist collective to you. The We Shine Collective is made up of house, tech house, and nu-disco producers from Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. After years of collaborating on each other’s projects — whether songwriting, remixing, sound engineering, or producing — the members came together in late 2025 to blend their distinct styles and create warm, sun-drenched house music to warm the soul. The track “We Shine” is the collective’s debut offering and an immediate statement of intent. Built on a rolling, organic groove, the track opens with shimmering synth pads and a deep, hypnotic kick that pulls you in before you even realize it. There’s a warmth to the production that feels intentional — less like a dark club record and more like golden hour on a coastline, where the bass resonates through the chest and the melody lingers long after the music fades. Enjoy and stream often!
